Registration Information

An accepted paper must be registered by at least one of its author(s) for it to be included in the proceedings. One author registration can cover maximum two papers, with full symposium registration rate for the first paper and 50% of the full symposium registration rate for the second paper. If there is a third paper, it should be registered with a fresh registration at the full symposium rate. Student rates are not applicable for paper registration. Hence, a student author, who registers the paper(s), should pay the full rate and register under the category for full registration. A student who is not registering the paper but attending the symposium can pay the student rate and register under the category for student. A participant who may or may not be an author and not registering a paper should register under the full registration for 1 paper without selecting a paper.

All authors registering their papers must make payment by 5 September 2010 in order to have their papers included in the CD-ROM proceedings.

SGD = Singapore Dollars

*Members of IEEE, IET and PREMIA are entitled to register at the member’s rate. Student registration requires proof of student status, e.g. a scanned copy of student card showing the period of candidature or an email to the conference manager from the supervisor/advisor of the student.

Registration Entitlements

Full Registration Fee includes tea-breaks, lunches, banquet and one copy of the CD-ROM Proceedings. Student Registration does not include banquet.

A maximum of 8 pages is allowed for each paper. The first 6 pages are covered by the registration, and up to 2 additional pages are allowed at SGD140 (equivalently USD100 ) per page.

Banquet (16 November 2010)

• Free for delegates registered at non-student symposium rates.
• Accompanying person or student: SGD 100 per person.

Tutorial Registration

Tutorial Registration Fees:  SGD200.00.

Payment Procedure

Payment Modes available are:

(1) Credit Card

(2) Cheque/Bankdraft 

Instructions for online payment by CREDIT CARD (Visa or Mastercard):

1. Create a registration login account
2. Complete the online registration and select the payment mode as “Visa” or “MasterCard”.
3. You will be re-directed to a secured payment portal by WorldPay to perform your online payment.
4. Once your transaction is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from WorldPay, followed by the registration confirmation email from the conference manager within the next working day.
5. Please note that if you used another person’s credit card to make the payment, you will be requested to submit the credit card authorization form. This form will be sent to you by email AFTER the payment is made.
6. The merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be “INMEET CMS PTE LTD” - the appointed registration fee collection agent for the conference.

Instructions for payment by CHEQUES / BANKDRAFT:

1. Create a registration login account
2. Complete the online registration and select the payment mode as “Cheque / Bankdraft”.
3. Please issue the cheque / bankdraft to “INMEET CMS PTE LTD”.
4. Only cheques / bank drafts drawn from a Singapore bank or foreign bank with a bank branch located in Singapore will be accepted.
5. Print a copy of the invoice from the online registration system, and mail it, together with the cheque / bankdraft to the conference management office (please refer to address as indicated on the invoice).
6. Please remember to indicate your login ID, name, telephone or email and “PSIVT 2010” at the back of the cheque/bank draft.
7. Upon receipt of your cheque / bankdraft, you will receive an email notification.
8. When your cheque / bankdraft is cleared by the bank, you will receive the registration confirmation email.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

Please note that the registration login ID is DIFFERENT from the paper ID and CMT username for your paper submission. As such, please click on the "Create Account" button on the registration system's login page in order to proceed with your registration. Please also ensure your pop-up blocker is disabled and you are using INTERNET EXPLORER as your browser.

If you are not able to auto-retrieve your submission details when completing the registration form, please enter the submission ID (i.e. paper ID) and proceed to make payment, we will verify the submission ID when we receive your payment and will update it accordingly for you.

Click on the "Register" button below and you will be routed to the online registration system to register. Online registration is closed, please register at the conference venue.

Cancellation and Refunds

1. The fees paid for registration with paper(s) are not refundable.
2. For registration without paper, requests for cancellations received on or before 30 September 2010 will be refunded 50% of the fee paid.
3. From 1 October 2010 onwards, there will be no refund for cancellation of participation.
4. Request for refunds are to be made in writing and send to the conference manager at:

5. If you do not receive a response to your request email within three (03) working days after sending, please resend your email. 

Neither the organizer nor its employees or its appointed Professional Conference Organizer / Registration Management Office shall be liable in Singapore or elsewhere to the registered participant in contract, tort or otherwise except as expressly stated in the registration form.
