Presentation Guide for PSIVT Main Conference
Prepare your oral presentation for 15 min presentation and 5 min preparation and QA time. Use at least fontsize 18 pt, and have your text best in black on white background.
You may upload your presentation file on the PC in the conference hall prior to your session. We recommend that you send it prior to conference via University of Auckland webdropoff (address: webdropoff.auckland.ac.nz, same address as used for your final paper) to firstname.lastname@example.org for having it already available on the PC in the conference hall when you arrive.
Prepare for your brief oral presentation for 1 min presentation one slide. Use at least fontsize 18 pt, and have your text best in black on white background. We request that you send your one slide in pdf format (of less than 5 MB) to email@example.com by 20 November 2015 the latest.
The poster board offers you to have your poster either in A0 portrait format or in A1 landscape format. Use large fonts which supports reading from a distance of 1 metre.
One of the co-authors needs to be at the poster during poster sessions. Your poster should be put up on the day you have the presentation and should be removed after the session.
